Paul C. Kusmierz
Co-Managing Director - Paul brings to Auragenix over 15 years of extensive knowledge and know-how in the real estate market in Central and Eastern Europe.
Resident of Warsaw, Poland, he has many years of hands on experience in the design, development and management of small to large scale commercial real estate projects situated in secondary communities throughout Poland. In 2005, Mr. Kusmierz became a Joint Venture Partner and led the acquisition team at Europa Capital, a retail investment management fund based in Poland. During his working relationship with Europa Capitalhe oversaw one of Poland's largest transactions in 2007, acquiring 14 properties and later selling them on for a handsome profit.
Today, aside from his management functions within the Auragenix family, Mr. Kusmierz operates Master Management Sp z o.o., a leading property administration and management concern headquartered in Warsaw that manages over 220,000 sq m of gross leasable space in 17 cities across Poland. Master Management manages and co-developed Galeria Victoria, a 43,000 sqm GLA retail and entertainment center, that won the coveted Construction Investment Journal Award for the Best Shopping Center Development for 2001.
On the Polish retail real estate market, Master Management is the local JV partner for Blackstone, responsible for transactions advisory, asset and property management and leasing.
Mr. Kusmierz is a co-managing Director and Board Member of the Company's wholly owned Polish subsidiary Auragen Real Estate Sp. z o.o.
